This policy explains what information Smart Kids Printables (smartkidsprintables.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. We sell printable practice tests; we do not sell your personal information — to anyone, ever.
What we collect
- Account information. If you create an account: your name, email address, and a password (stored in encrypted form — we cannot see it).
- Order information. When you buy: the products purchased, your email address, and billing details needed to process the order. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our site.
- Downloads. Our store software logs which files an order downloads and when, so we can deliver your purchases and prevent link abuse.
- Email subscriptions. If you join our mailing list (run through MailerLite), we store your email address and subscription preferences. Sign-up uses double opt-in — you are only subscribed after confirming from your inbox.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and products visitors use, in aggregate. Analytics uses cookies (see below). Signed-in store administrators are excluded from this tracking.
How we use it
To deliver your purchases and download links; to run your account; to answer support emails; to send the newsletter and offers you subscribed to (and only those); and to improve our products and website using aggregate statistics.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart, checkout, and account sign-in to work, and — if analytics is active — Google Analytics cookies that measure site usage in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser; the store will still work, though cart and account features need the essential ones.
Who else processes your data
Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email subscriptions), Google Analytics (site statistics), and our web host (Hostinger). Each receives only what it needs for its job. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your purchases or downloads.
- Access, correction, deletion — email store@smartkidsprintables.com and we will provide, correct, or delete your personal information, except records we must keep for tax and accounting obligations.
- Accounts — you can update your details in My Account, or ask us to delete your account entirely.
Children
Our store is for adults — parents, teachers, and tutors. Accounts and purchases must be made by someone 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
