Where is my download?
Your files are ready as soon as checkout is complete. The download links are on the confirmation page, in your order email, and any time in My Account → Purchase History when you are signed in. Free sample packs work the same way.
The download link expired or the file won’t open.
Sign in and download it again from your Purchase History — there is no limit for your own purchases. Our files are standard PDFs that open in any free PDF reader. Still stuck? Email us your order number and we will sort it out.
I checked out as a guest. Can I still get my files later?
Yes — your order email has the links. If you create an account with the same email address, your purchases will appear in your Purchase History.
Can I print the pages more than once?
Yes. Your purchase covers repeated printing for your own students or children (see our Terms of Purchase for the license details).
Do you sell printed books?
Not at this time. Everything is a printable PDF, delivered instantly — print what you need, when you need it.
I found an error in a question.
Please tell us — email the product name, the question number, and what looks wrong. We verify every report, fix confirmed errors, and update the file for all buyers.
Questions about the exams themselves (registration, dates, scores) belong to the NYC DOE or your school — we make practice materials and can’t help with official test administration.
