What you are buying
Every product on this site is a digital download (PDF). Nothing is shipped. Your files are available immediately after checkout — on the confirmation page, by email, and in your Purchase History — and are yours to keep and re-download.
License — what you may do with the files
Your purchase gives you a license to use the files with your own students or children:
- Print the pages as many times as you need for them.
- Use them at home, in your classroom, or in your tutoring sessions.
The license does not allow: sharing or giving the files to other teachers, parents, or classrooms; uploading them to any website, shared drive, or social media; reselling them; or removing our branding. Schools or organizations that need wider use — please contact us about licensing before purchasing.
Refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly as downloads, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, with these exceptions — we will always make these right with a replacement file or a refund:
- The file is defective or corrupted and we cannot fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- The product’s page materially misdescribed what the file contains.
If something is wrong, email store@smartkidsprintables.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, and tell us what happened. We would rather fix a problem than leave a student without practice — contact us before disputing a charge, and we will resolve it directly.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Accuracy and affiliation
All questions in our products are original practice questions. We check every answer key (see our About page for how), but our materials are study aids, not official exam publications, and using them does not guarantee any score or admission outcome. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the New York City Department of Education or the New York State Education Department. SHSAT is a trademark of the NYC DOE; state test names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what the practice prepares students for.
Prices and changes
Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price on the product page at checkout is the price you pay. If we update a file you bought (for example, to fix an error), the corrected version appears in your Purchase History at no charge.
